The resolution is probably way off for this but w/e. This was my first project during Illustration II! We had to design a children's folk figure (like the Toothfairy or Krampus) that we pulled out of a hat. I got the Boogeyman. ewe
The XV is from the Major Arcana of Tarot, aka: The Devil. Not essentially the right meaning for the creature, but the Boogeyman (from the information I dug up) was used as another name for the devil.
